For one of our clients, a multinational business chain, we are currently looking for:
E-Shopping Consultant with French
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience;
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
• Leverage technology in order to facilitate the customer experience;
• Give information about the features, quality and availability of different products;
• Update the status of the customers’ requests in the company’s database.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in French;
• Working level of English;
• Attention to customers’ needs.
